Terms of service for Next.js templates and digital products.

License Grant

When you purchase a template, you receive a single, non-exclusive license to use the template for one project or domain. This is a one-time purchase with no recurring fees.

Each additional project or domain requires a separate license purchase. Extended multi-project licenses are coming soon.

What You Get

  • Full source code access.
  • Setup and installation documentation.
  • Ability to modify code for your project.

Updates & Support

  • Currently minor updates require repurchase. Free minor updates (bug fixes, improvements) coming soon in future.
  • Major version updates require repurchase of new license.
  • 1 month technical support for setup and bug resolution.
  • Support available via contact form and social media.
  • Average response time: 48 hours.

Technology Stack

All templates are production-ready and built with:

  • Next.js 16 with App Router.
  • React 19 (latest stable).
  • TypeScript for full type safety.
  • Tailwind CSS v4 for styling.
  • shadcn/ui components.

Commercial Use

Yes, you can use templates for client projects and commercial purposes. However, each project requires a separate license. You cannot resell templates as-is or include them in multi-project platforms.

Restrictions

  • Cannot redistribute or resell templates.
  • Cannot include templates in SaaS platforms or marketplaces.
  • Cannot use template design as basis for similar commercial product.
  • Cannot remove or alter attribution where required.

⚠️ Legal Notice

Reselling, redistributing, or using templates without a valid license is strictly prohibited. All templates are protected by copyright law. Violations will be pursued through legal action.
