All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for templates, resources, or any digital products after purchase.
We strongly recommend previewing all templates and demos thoroughly before making a purchase to ensure the product meets your needs.
Exceptions (48 hours)
We make exceptions for legitimate issues within 48 hours of purchase:
- Demo environment bugs preventing template preview.
- Download issues preventing access to source code.
- Technical errors preventing installation or setup.
